Anger Management

Anger is not uncommon in life, but it is how you respond when you are angry. The answer is learning to identify when you are becoming angry and how to effectively communicate when angered. 


Anger is a normal emotion, but how do you react when you become angered? 

Do you become tense easily? 

Do you clench your fist? 

Do you engage in name calling of others? 

Do you experience increased anger

Do you engage in violent outburst? 

Do you blackout and feelings of rage? 

Do you have difficulty with communicating your thoughts and feelings?
