Individual Therapy….45-55 minutes per session…………$150.00 - $200.00

Couples and Families….60-90 minutes per session ………………. $250.00

Missed Sessions……… You will be required to pay the cost of the full session

California Victims of Crime Programs (CA VoC)

If you qualify for the VOC program, and are covered 100% coverage, I will accept statutory payments as payments-in-full for our services. If you only qualify for a reduced percentage of, you will be responsible for paying the difference. 

PPO Out-of-Network

Services may be covered in full of in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your provider about your coverage:

Please ask the following questions:

1. Do I have a mental health/behavioral health insurance benefits?

2. What will my health insurance provider reimburse me for out-of-network mental health/behavioral     health care?

3. How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover? 

4. Do I have a deductible and/or co-pay? If so, how much per visit?

Payments

I accept several insurance networks. Please feel free to inquire about the insuarance networks I accept. Other forms of payments include, nut are not limited to: cash, IvyPay, Venmo, or Zelle. Please note that if you pay by card any overage will be credited to services subsequently provided. 

Late Fees

All account cash paying services will be billed within 24-48 hours. All account balances are considered late 30 days after the date of the invoice. 

 
Cancellation Policy

I do not double-book appointments. All appointments are scheduled and reserved solely for you. Therefore, a credit card pre-authorization is required to schedule your appointment. 

I understand and recognize that unscheduled things may occur which may result in you to occasionally missing your scheduled appointment. If an unexpected cancellation is needed, I require that you inform our office 24 hours in advance in order to avoid a cancellation charge to your credit card for the full amount of your session (this does not apply to MediCal patients).
