Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or CBT focuses on one's thoughts, feelings, and emotions which impact our daily functioning.

When our thoughts are unhealthy, we often have difficulty viewing the world and those around us positively.  With CBT, you will identify and uncover those negative thoughts. Then, link them to your emotions and examine how they show up in your responses.

CBT is helpful with:

Anger

Anxiety

Asssertive communication

Calming/Mindfulness

Problem-solving

With CBT, you will not only engage in discussion about your concerns, but you will also learn skills that will be useful in your everyday life.

If you could benefit from improving your thoughts, feelings, and emotions, contact me.
