Counseling for Trauma

Many individuals can experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances. Anxiety, fear, hopelessness, and nightmares are just a few symptoms that can linger following a traumatic experience. I can help you overcome these symptoms and guide you through the process of healing. 


It has been noted that both eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) are effective when treating trauma.  


I am confident that I can support you through the healing process of your trauma experience.
